e-portfolios

For those of you who have not already done so, could you please contact me at the following email address so that I can send your link to your personal drop box app:

Trust IT are unlikely to let you download apps onto local PCs so you will need to forward the link I send to your home PC or tablet device.

Do not worry about work not signed that is contained within your e-portfolio as you will still need to have a paper version of your portfolio of evidence available should the assessor ask to see it when they visit your trust.

Remember: Assessors will view your e-portfolio before any visit and may ask for additional work before any visit to further satisfy that you are meeting the learning outcomes on the CAS forms - it is in your interest to allow assessors to view all evidence before any visit to avoid any unnecessary delays or having to defer your assessment result for another visit should portfolios not be up to standard on the day. This will also avoid assessors having to make unnecessary visits.

Finally, I have put another folder in your e-portfolio called 'Assignments' - could you place all copies of your assignments in this folder (after submitting to us / handed in) - external verifiers will want to see these as well as your portfolio evidence (along with assessor reports of visits to your trust).
