Good morning - may I take this opportunity to update you regarding the document upload process on the website - please read the following carefully regarding this:
1. If your document / assignment has successfully been uploaded you should see the following type of confirmatory message after you hit the submit button.

2. All successfully uploaded documents are collated by the web site like follows with the date an time and submitted documents:

3. A automated message is sent to our administration team that your document has been uploaded - however there have been occasions when this has not happened (e.g. when I am doing live updates and changes on the website or other IT connection issues).
4. Regardless if an automated email is sent to our administration team we still check the above table that assignments have been uploaded should a candidate not have submitted any assignments.
Our administration team are unable to respond to every assignment submission by sending you a confirmatory email - so please in future check that you have seen the document uploaded confirmatory message.
Finally if you are still unsure that you have received the conformation message when uploading (or are just unable to upload for technical reasons) then please contact me.
