Good morning,
We are pleased to be able to set-out a plan for the resumption of your training and assessment elements of the Level 4 Diploma and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience whilst we navigate this unprecedented situation. Please read the following carefully:
New training timetable
Please see link below for access to your new training plan for the resumption of your training – pay particular attention to dates in red and the new exam and assignment submission dates.
So the first date on your new training plan is the presentation of you quality posters on: 26/08/20 (this will commence at 10:00 hrs and last approx. 3 hours). Please note that for those for you who have not already done so could you please submit yo quality posters at least 1 week before this date.
Due to the current Covid situation we are no longer able to deliver your training face to face and all future training sessions will be delivered via distance learning using:
Zoom video conferencing (please click here for further zoom meeting requirements: )
Online learning activities (including assignment help and exam revision)
One final note regarding assignments - as you will no longer be visiting NHSBT I have changed one of the assignment tasks (task 3) for unit 4.4: Advanced mortuary practice. Please see new updated assignment in your cohorts password protected area (all other tasks for this assignment remain unchanged).
New examination format
All examinations will now be emailed to your work on the morning of the exam and will require a named person in your organisation to act an exam guarantor – therefore the exam guarantor form below must be completed and return by post / email to Jade at the address below:
Jade Murray
Pathology Secretary
Pathology Department
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust
Hardwick
Stockton-On-Tees
TS19 8PE
Failure to complete the exam guarantor form will mean no examination is sent to your parent trust / organisation and you will be only able to take your missed exanimation the following academic year.
Please contact me if you have any further quires of concerns,
Kind regards,
Darren
