NHS Library and Knowledge Services (LKS) maintain an 'Essential Sites List’ of secure and legitimate health and care knowledge and education websites which NHS Trusts are encouraged not to block.

​

The URLs listed provide access to a range of sources that NHS Library and Information Professionals require in order to provide other healthcare staff with access to up to date information and to perform a range of tasks that support evidence based practice.
