L3C10: Ad-hoc micro revision session for resits


Hi all,


For anyone who is interested I will be doing an additional ad-hoc microbiology revision session on Wednesday 04/12/24 for those who will be sitting the microbiology resit paper on 12/12/24 - the revision session will start at 10am via zoom (usual zoom password). This session will not be recorded.

Just to clarify that only the microbiology resit is in December:


  • December 12th 2024: Microbiology exam resit

  • January 16th 2025: A&P part 1 resit

  • February 13th 2025:A&P part 2 resit

Professional registration with the Science council update

Hi all,


Just to inform you that if you apply for science council registration within 2 years of receiving your level 3 qualification you can apply via the RSciTech shortened route that will only require you completing 6 competence statements  – do not delay your application if you want professional registration after you have received your RSPH level 3 diploma qualification.

  

Those who have completed their qualification longer than 2 years ago must complete all 14 competence statements during the application process.


For those of you who completed the level 3 training via the apprenticeship programme route, the Science Council will now only need the apprenticeship certificate and CV.
