Hi Darren,

Just a quick question.

When working through the portfolio, if two pieces of evidence/witness statements fall into the same category (for example; release of a deceased patient - for a hospital death / coroners) is this classed as two separate pieces of evidence where we should choose one or the other? or can we label them as evidence number 1a and 1b and group them as one? Only because they are slightly different with regards to the process and requirements needed.

Hopefully that makes sense as an example.
