Level 3: Cohort 12

Hi guys, I'm freaking out a little here.

I've not had internet access at home for one reason or another so I've had to print off the assignment tasks, marking guide and assignment help and work offline for a while. I've now got the internet back and I've just discovered that only when looking directly at the page when clicking on the 3.2 Assignment tab on the Cohort page there are 4 questions, on the ALL the official documents I have printed and based my whole assignment off, there are only 3 questions!!! HELP! Also, I've noticed that that the MCCD, crem form and Part A information is out of date and incorrect. 

Due to the death certificate reform of 2024, no cremation form exists anymore. The MCCD has been altered to now include an 'implantable devices' question on the back of the form. This replaces the crem form entirely. The MCCD form used in the presentation is the old form.

There is no 'part A' anymore in Coroner referrals it is now a CNA1, effectively. 

I don't want to be marked incorrectly to whoever marks my paper. So, I'm just a little concerned as these changes were made over a year and a half ago. What is going on? 😣
