Yes, they can - this list of exam venue for 2024 are detailed below:

Exam Venue | APT (trainingapt.com )

Please note - the Dublin and Birmingham venue locations will be at different hospitals (but still ones based in Dublin and Birmingham – I will update you when I have confirmed the exact locations).
